Window Balances

The balancers are 28 inches long and about 7/16 inches deep and wide. My home was built in 2013 by DR Horton.

I also need the part that attaches to the pivot shoe and the window frame pictured below.

Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I can't identify your balance just yet. There ought to be a shoe that belongs to it, perhaps still installed in the window track. Would it be possible for us to see a photo of it?

The pivot bar strongly reminds me of the 26-361 but take a look at the specifications and see if they match up.

Hmm, this wasn't the kind of shoe I was expecting. We'd like to see how your balance connects to the pivot shoe shown in your photo. Could you show us a photo of the clip attached at the end of the pulley cord? It looks like it's been broken off so you'll need to check an undamaged version of this balance.
