Window Balances

Question

I am looking for a pair of window balances but they appear to be nonstandard.  The channel is 1/2" wide and is 19 1/2" long.  I have added the pictures of the ends and the stamp.

Thanks for reaching out! Your observation is correct. These are not a standard balance, they are an Extended-Travel Channel Balance and will need to be a custom assembly. I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement balances you need. Although, you should be aware that the length of the metal channel for the balances we'll be supplying you with is 19-7/8". So, with that said, if yours are truly 19-1/2", our balances will not work to replace yours.
