Trying to identify widow type so i can order.

30 inch by 1/2 with number 2940 stamped on it

36 inch by 1/2 with number 3550 stamped on it

I am unable to upload more than 5 pics

Hello,

As long as all of your balances have the same end fittings, you could have either the S378, S380, or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below.

You'll also need 2940 spring strength options for your 30" replacement balances, as well as 3540 and 3550 options for your respective 36" balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

I pulled another Balance from a different room window same size as one above. They look a little different at the top where spring connects but otherwise looks like a S380 like the others, but the Markings are completly different 30 inch with "29DS 38" markings. See pics attached

As long as the end fittings match your other balances, you would need the S380-30 (2965) balances. I'd recommend confirming the sash supported by these balances falls within the 35-39 Ibs. weight range supported by these balances just to be safe.
