Window Balances

Need to replace a number of window balances on my vinyl tilt in windows. There are no numbers on the windows anywhere. They are ribbed 32" channel balances. 32" is the length of the metal balance and does not include the connecter on the bottom where the window attaches. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hello,

We can supply skinny ribbed balances like yours with the 15-230 t-lock shoe attached through a custom order. To get started, we'll need to know if the top of the balance installs with a hook or screw clip. If there are no numbers stamped on the balance on either side of the window, we'll also need to know the exact weight of the sash the balances support to determine the strength option needed for your replacements. Lastly, please confirm the number of balances you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!

I have two sizes I need. I need one set (2 balances) for a small window that ways 15.5 pounds. I need ten sets (20 balances) for windows that way 21.5 pounds each. All are the same height and have the 32" balalances. Please let me know how to create the order and pay for the balances. Thanks

Thanks for getting back to us but we'll still need to confirm if the top of the balance installs with a hook or screw clip at the end of the pulley cord. From there, we can get price quotes together for both balances based on your sash weights.
