My window balances are 9/16" wide x 9/16" thick. Do the series 770 balances meet these dimensions? Your description only says they are 9/16" wide.
Thanks,
Bryan

Hi there Bryan.
Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't confirm if the Series 770 is what you have. We'd have to see photos of the undamaged balance assembly removed from the window, including the clip attached to the end of the pulley cord. Let us know if that's something you can get for us.
