Window Balances

Question

Hi There. I think the part I need is a 380 or possibly a 378. The balance length/width is 13" by 1/2". The bottom shoe measures 7/8" on one side and 1" on the other. Maybe a bit worn on one side? The markings are 12 3 oj and B.S.I. . The windows were installed in 2003. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for posting. If the shoe depth on one of the balances is 1", then these are S380-13 Channel Balances. Sometimes shoes wear down from age. Just double and triple-check to be safe. For a stamp option choose 1230.
