Window Balances

Question

I need help to properly identify the exact balance I need to replace the ones we have. They are on hurricane windows in our house in Jensen Beach, FL. The metal track measures 24" and then add the plastic ends to get an overall length of 25 and 1/8 inches.

I will send additional picture in another email, I don't want our mailbox to get maxed out with the large photos.

This looks like our S385-24 channel balance. However, you have an extra heavy duty spring so it will have to be custom made. We should be able to help but before we send you a custom order link, can you just tell me how many you need?
