Thank you for your continued patience. This is a special type of balance that will need to be custom made. Before we begin, can you just tell me how many you need? Once I know that, I will email you a custom balance order link and price quote.

We have a total of 8 windows which no longer stay open. Do we have to replace the entire metal piece or is there just a smaller part within that which we would need to replace? I

Based on the damage I see in your pictures, you will need an all new balance. I will email you a custom order link for 16 of them right now.
