I'm trying to confirm which window balances I need as the Milgard part numbers don't seem to match what I'm finding online. I have two window sizes that I need to replace the balances, for a total of 4 pair.
Three of the windows are larger and the sash is approximately 25.5"H x 42.5"W. Milgard advised part # BA0752BT, 26-11. Pictures labeled as as Big Window.
The 4th window sash is 19.5"H x 18.5"W. Milgard advised part # BA0902BT, 20-30. Pictures labeled as Bathroom.
I have more pictures but am limited to only 5.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I am confident we can supply you with a replacement for the channel balances you are searching for; although, these will need to be custom/special order balances, as these are Extended-Travel Channel Balances.
To determine the correct replacements, I'll need to see a clearer photo of the bottom shoe from a front profile, it is important to see the hook attached to it since they are important for properly installing the balances.
Once I have this information, I'll be happy to forward you a link with a quote for (2) of the 25DS45 stamped balances and (2) of the 19 3 stamped balances.

My wife reminded me of another window (that we don't use much) isn't working correctly. When I checked it, this window's balances are missing. Would you be able to provide info for it without the existing balance info? The glass inside the frame is approximately 25.5" high by 18.5" wide. So similar height to 3 of the windows stamped 25DS45, but since it is less than half the width, I'm assuming it would be a different balance with a lighter spring?

I'm sure we can get you set up with the correct replacements but I will need to submit this to our senior experts to review. Since the balance is missing and the window is smaller, to confirm the stamp need for the replacements, we'll also need to know the exact weight of the sash.
Please also confirm the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. Again, there is an order minimum of (2) balances for custom assemblies.
