Thanks for writing in! I'm certain we can provide a recommendation for this window balance. Although, I'll need to see more details from them to identify the correct replacements.
To start, I'll need to see the top and bottom attachments from the balance. I'll also need to see a photo of the bracket connecting the spring and the string (pulley system) on the spring side of the channel. Take a look at the video tutorials below for instructions on removing/installing them.
The stamp from the balance helps to determine the weight range a balance may be able to support; unfortunately, it cannot be used to identify the series.

Thanks for the additional photos. Your balances can be replaced with either the S380-34 or the S385-34. You'll need to measure the depth of the shoe to confirm the series you need.
You'll likely need the 3330 stamp option to replace your 33 3 stamp. Although, you may want to double check that the sash weighs between 18 to 23lbs.
