Window Ballance

Question

I have Gorell double hung tilt windows.  Some of the sash vent lock are missing or won't stay in the unlock position.  We also have another window that won't stay in the up position.  When you tilt the window out, you can see what is in the attached picture. Are the parts available and how difficult are they to replace?

Hello there!

I'm afraid I can't ID what you have from this photo alone. I would need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window to compare to our inventory. In the meantime, I've related some videos on this page that you may find helpful.
