Window Blances

Question

Hello, I am replacing the balances in my windows, both sides are the same. The windows are Milestone Single Hung Series 1000, 28B USB. I believe they are your series 380 28? but I?m unsure of the weight. I have attached photos if you can assist me with this. Thank you

Thanks for posting. Double check the length of the metal channel, not including the nylon attachments at either end. For a standard non-tile window channel balance with a stamp code that starts with '28', the length is usually 29", not 28". Your stamp code of 28B should translate to our stamp option of 2820.

If you haven't already, be sure to look at both the Series 380 and Series 385. These two balances are identical except for the 'depth' of their bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old balance to determine the best match.
