Window Block and Tackle Balance

IM looking to replace the Window Block and Tackle Sash Balance with measurements, 1/2" wide x .45"depth x 28" lenght

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see both ends of an intact balance uninstalled, as well as the stamp number on the metal channel. Thank you!
