Window Block and tackle balance (29-9 GR, 30inch)

Hi,

Please help me identify this part number and details(for a single replacement). If you can provide all the details to fill out for this part, along a link to purchase I'd appreciate this.

I'm not certain, but the The top seems to be a 15P142, and the bottom 15P104.

Thanks for posting! It looks like you have either the S380-30 with a 1" shoe or the S385-30 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match either measurement.
