Window Casement Arm

Question

Hello,

I have a client who has a 42x60" single casement window. The nylon roller has since been worn down and is slipping out of the lower casement track. We are looking for a replacement on this arm.

Hey Sam. In that case, you'd need a new window operator. It looks like you have the 39-031 or 39-032 Dual-Arm mechanisms. Please compare to confirm. If you need new covers and handles, see the 39-107 and 39-114L sold separately.
