See two images for sizes. Took this old Truth (45035-RH) out of window because it was stripped out and wouldn't crank closed. Please email or call me with a replacement part model. Thank you.

Sure, check out our 39-171 operator and see how well this matches. You may also want to see our 39-172, which is for the opposite side.

I've looked into this before, actually, and I'm afraid I've discovered that Truth only makes this operator in white. It's possible your old operator was painted over.
