Window Casement Lock

I have a double casement window that was installed in my house before I bought it. I was attempting to lock it the other night when it got chilly, when one of the four lock handles (these were plastic on the outside with metal on the inside) broke. I contacted my local window installer, and he says he's never seen a window or locks that were similar (although he maybe was just trying to sell me a whole new window when all I really need are new locks).
I checked your inventory and the casement lock product code 38-036 appears to be similar. I have two questions?
1. Is this a standard size casement lock?
2. Can I return it if it doesn't fit?
Thanks,
Bob Sterling

There is no standard casement lock size-- you will have to make sure your dimensions are similar. You can refer to our Return Policy here.
