Question

I have non-tilt windows with the balances in the attached photos. Several are no longer working and I would like to replace them however I want to be sure I order the correct ones. Would you be able to advise on the correct part please? Thank you

hello! Your balance looks like a match for our Series 350 at first glance. This comes with a 19-002 top and 15-004 bottom plastic fitting. As long as those match up in terms of size then I feel confident that this balance will work for you.
