I think I have Norandex Windows, I live in Florida, My House is about 11 years old. I have several different size windows most probably have broken parts. I am not sure what I need I would like to do all the windows. I have sent photos.Thank You,

From your photos, it looks like you need Series 380 channel balance. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom, so make these these match up just in case. I also recommend the 2820 option for sashes weighing 12 through 16 pounds.
I can't determine what your other windows need based on just their size. You need to remove the balance for each window and carefully match up their details to those products we have on our site.
