I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match. Please also note that your stamp is a little outdated, so you will need to weigh your sash on a scale to verify the best replacement option on our modern assemblies.

As for the piece that attaches to the window frame, that would be the top sash guide. Yours is too damaged to ID, unfortunately. Would it be possible to see an undamaged version removed from the window? I specifically need to see it from the front and side. Think of it like a mugshot.
