I just ordered two Channel Balances 3240 S385-33. I just want to be sure that I ordered the right ones. I watched the videos and looked at the parts displayed and it looks like the S385-33 is the correct top and bottom. The metal part of the channel balance is 33 inches.
Does the top and bottom on the pictures come standard? Order # is 1091419

It does look like you have our Series 385, and as long as the measurements and dimensions match up you should be good to go. I'm not sure what you mean by do they come standard, but the balance does come fully assembled with both top and bottom attachments already installed on the metal channel.
