Window Channel Balace

A quick learner from Orlando says:

I have a window channel balance which is 24" long and 9/16" wide. I have identified the shoe and top and the channel is series S351. I was unable to identify which Stamp option I need. The current channel balance has "23 C" and "B.S.I." Stamped on it. If you can please let me know which stamp I need and if this is the correct balance I can go ahead and place the order.

Hello,

If you do have the S351-24 channel balance, a 23C stamp would correlate to a 2330 spring strength option, which supports window sashes between 15-18 pounds. Thank you!
