What would be the correct item to order to replace these?

Thanks for writing in. We can certainly help you replace this balance, but we'll need to see it out of the window, with a picture of the attachments or fittings at either end of the balance. If you could also confirm the length of the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings, that would be of great help as well. Many thanks.

I've attached some pictures of 2 different window channel balances.
Let me know if there's anything else you need before you can tell me which would be the correct item to replace them.

Thanks for getting back to me. See if our S395-29 matches up. You will need a stamp option of 2830.
