Window Channel Balance

The channel balance is my single hung window had some inserts at the base of the sash guide which seemed to go into the base of the window. They are now broken and I can't keep the window on track.

Yes, this looks like a broken pivot bar. Can you remove an undamaged one ands how us pictures? From there I'll do my best to find the right match for you.
