Is the stamp number 2630 correct for my channel balance?

Is 27" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE (Product Code: S385-27) the correct part for my channel balance?

One of window channel balances is broken.

Should I replace the broken one or should I replace both of channel balances? What do you recommend?

I agree that based on the information you've provided, the S385-27 channel balance with a 2630 strength option would be the correct replacement. We also always recommend replacing both balances at the same time since replacing one can cause the original balance to break or damage the new balance. Thank you!
