Hello I'm looking for a pair of replacement 31 9 BSI window channel balances, vintage 2005, please see attached photos. Length of metal channel is 31 5/8". Also please note the photo (img_1852) of the nylon part (guide?) within the upper window frame is broken, can you identify and supply a pair of those as well?

In regard to the nylon part, you are correct it is a guide. It is what is referred to as the top sash guide. I am confident that we have a suitable replacement however, to narrow down the possible replacements, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged top sash guide.
Are you able to provide a photo of an undamaged one?
