Window Channel Balance

Question

it is 26 inch 2530 BSI window channel balance. I have ordered one before which has different plastic ends so was not able to use it. Please provide me with correct part number. I need two of those for  my two windows. other side of windows are fine.

We can help, but this balance will have to be specially made. Before we can go on, I just wanted to clear some things up about this balance.

This is designed to support a hinged window. Because of the window's design, the balance on one side will be different form the balance on the other side. Specifically, one balance will have a top and bottom nylon attachment while the other balance will have a top nylon attachment and no shoe whatsoever. Furthermore, both balances will have different stamps.

Is this the case with your window? If so, how many balances did you need? Can you tell me the stamp for each one, and which stamp has what combination of nylon attachments?
