My windows are very hard to open. I managed to get the window out. I would like to know if you have an assembled channel balance's for replacement. These are side by side windows so I require (4).

Hi, and thanks for contacting SWISCO. Looks like you require either our S380-30 or S385-30, with an option for 2940. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. If it is 1", it is the S380-30. If it is 1-3/32" then it is the S385-30. Check out the video below if you need help replacing the balances.
