Window Channel Balance

Question

This is 1/2", however not sure exactly which part it is..the only numbers I see on mine are 2640. Please help me identify which channel balance I need to order. Thank you.   Melinda

Hi Melinda. I can't say exactly what kind of balance you need without seeing pictures of the nylon attachments at either end of the balance. The style of those attachments determine the balance Series you need. In addition, if you could confirm that the length of the metal channel, not including those nylon attachments, that would also be most helpful. Many thanks.
