Window Channel Balance

Question

Do I need to replace the whole balance or can I get just the string that hold the tension? The measurements are L-28? - W-1/2? - D-1/2? What would be the correct size needed to replace? Thank you.

Thanks for writing in. This looks like our S350-28. You will need a stamp option of 2740.
