Window channel balance with spring and pulley. The metal is 23 inches and the overall length is 24 inches. It has two plastic ends and a little metal hook on the spring side. It says "22 4 BO CALDWELL" inscribed on the metal. My husband says he thinks the metal is 9/16 wide. Anyway... we need replacement parts asap.

Hello,
With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-23 or S385-23 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2240 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
