Window Channel Balance

A quick learner from SURPRISE, AZ says:

Hi, I'm looking for a window channel balance(s) for an Atrium Window. I had the balance out months ago and took the two photos that I attached. The numbers and letters on the balance are (28 3 FX CMC 4) that you can see in the photo. I am hoping you can identify this balance by this part number, so I don't have to remove the window again. I guess that if I replace the right side balance that I should also replace the left side, which I am thinking are both the same part. My house was built in 2004 and I believe the windows are original.

the metal piece is 29" long and approx 5/8" widePlease let me know if you need more information. Thank you, Tom Sicora

Hello! Your balance looks to be a match for our S395-29. This has a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, which are key components. As long as those two match up to what you have now then you should be good to go!

I would also recommend selecting the 2830 stamp option when prompted, based on your old stamp of 28 3.
