Window Channel Balance

Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can provide you with a replacement for the balance you have here but I'll need to see just one more detail before we can move forward.
May I please see a photo of the pulley system in the center of the balance? This is where the spring and the string meet in the center of the balance. I am looking to see a specific piece that has not been included above, so you may need to find an undamaged balance to take the requested photo.

Thanks for the additional photos. Your balances can be replaced with either the S380-27 or the S385-27. Take a look at the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. This will determine which balance you need.
You can select the 2640 stamp option.
