Window Channel Balance

Question

Hi - I would like to buy new channel balance for my non-tilting window. Some stats:
1. 1/2 channel width
2. 30 inches in length
3. There are markings, it says: 29C USB

Thanks for posting. This looks like either an S380-30 or S385-30 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the diagram below. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2930.
