Window Channel Balance

Thank you for reaching out to us. The stamp printed on the metal channel isn't a part number, I'm afraid. We can help, but we'll need to see photos of the top and bottom fittings as shown in the video below.

We would also like to see an image of the inside of the balance’s metal channel, where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism; this connection is located in the middle of the channel.
