Window Channel Balance

What you have here is called an extended travel balance. It isn't a part of our stock catalog but we can still help via custom order. Can you show us a close-up photo of the metal clip attached to the end of the pulley cord? How many balances are you looking to replace?
If the stamp is too faded, we'll need you to get back to us with the precise weight of the window sash. We'd also need you to confirm the length of the balance's metal channel.

That's strange. Based on the 23 2 stamp, the metal channel should measure 23-7/8" long. Can you double-check that and confirm whether you're measuring only the metal channel? We'll also need to know the number of balances you're looking to replace.
