Window Channel Balance

Thanks for writing in! I'll need to see photos of the existing assemblies, removed from the window, to determine the correct replacement match. The stamp from the balances only tells us the sash weight the balances may be able to support. 

I'll need to see the top and bottom attachments from the balance. You'll also need to provide a photo of the piece connecting the spring and the cord (string) in the middle of the balance.

Thanks for the additional photos. Your window balance can be replaced with either the S380-14 or the S385-14. You'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe to determine which series you'll need for the repair.

Our 1310 stamp will support a sash weighing between 3 to 6lbs. You may want to double check the sash weight to ensure yours falls between that range.
