Window Channel Balance

I'm looking to identify a replacement for my window channel balance, which consistently has the string disconnecting. It is labeled with 18B BS1 MJ. There are no other markings on it, and there are no plastics shoes on top or bottom. (This is true for all upstairs windows)

As long as your balance measures 18" long, see the S770-18 (18B) replacements. We also offer the installation video below to assist you. Thanks for posting!
