Window Channel Balance

Trying to find a replacement. Window is approximately 8 years old. Unknown window manufacture. Looked every where on the window, unable to locate? Tilt window.
If I did the measurements correctly. 36" long, 1/2 wide and 1/2 deep.

Thanks for contacting us. Looks like our S770-36 balance, but using a clip like our 19-029. We can custom make this configuration for you, if you're interested. Can you first tell me how many you would need?

Thank you Paul for your reply. I need two, the window receives a lot of sun and as you see in the pic, the plastic pieces broke. I am guessing pricing would be in line with those parts you listed? I recognize builders will use inexpensive supplies, I am amazed I was unable to find manufacture information, they failed so quickly and parts are difficult to find.
