Window Channel Balance

Thanks for posting. Balance stamps do not correspond to Series numbers. All a balance stamp tells us is how strong the spring is. The only way to confirm what Series you have is to match up the nylon attachments with those we show on our site. You were looking at our Series 350 so start there. Are the nylon attachments on either end the same? Do the dimensions match up? How about the style? Don't worry about the color so much, that's not as important.

Ah, thank you. No, none of our standard balances will replace this, not even the Series 380. This is a special balance that has to be specially made. Before we can work on that, however, can you show me a picture of the metal clip? It should be at the end of the cord.
