Window Channel Balance

Question

I need help with replacement. It is 23" in total length and the sash weighs 17-20lbs give or take.

23" Series 385 Option 2240? (Quantity 2 of course).

Do I need anything else?

Thanks for posting. As long as everything matches the information on the S385-23 store page, it looks to be a close match. I'm not sure what else you would need. It depends on what else is damaged on your window.
