Window Channel Balance Help

Thanks for writing in! I recognize these balances. They are an Extended-Travel Channel Balance and will need to be a custom assembly. I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement balances you need. Although, you should be aware that ours will have a length of 23-5/8". With that said, if yours are truly 23-3/4", our balances will not work to replace yours.

I've just forwarded over a separate link with a quote for (2) custom balances as there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance. Please let me know if you need a higher quantity of balances and I'll be happy to update the quote for you.
