Window Channel Balance Part

Question

Hi,
I need help finding the correct channel balance for my window.
I have a non-tilt window. The current balance is 1/2" wide x 24" long, and based on the markings I think it needs a spring 23 - 27 lbs, correct me on that one if I'm wrong.
This has me narrowed down to either the either the S380 or S385 series but I'm having trouble figuring out what fitting depth I need.

Hey Aaron. This is either the S380-24 or S385-24 Channel Balance, depending on the shoe depth. See below. For the stamp option, choose 2350. Let us know if you have further questions.
