I need to order two of non-tilt window channel balances for replacement of broken ones on a bedroom window. I used your website to determine which to choose but was unable to determine which of the S-series channels to order. The channel is a 1/2" channel width and a length of 24". Since I was unable to determine which end pieces I needed from your pictures, I have attached photos of the end pieces. Hopefully, you can tell me which S-series to order.

Hey, Paul, thanks for contacting us. We can replace this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to the configuration. We will be using a 24" long channel balance with a 19-037 top nylon fitting and a 15-005 bottom nylon fitting. Does that look good to you?
If so, can you tell me the n umber printed on the metal channel? Can you also tell me how many you need?
