Window Channel Balance Replacement

A quick learner from California says:
Hi,

I have a IWC window and it looks like both of the channel balances need to replaced.

I attached pictures of one side where you can see the nylon string still attached.

The second side the nylon string snapped and completely came off. So, I will need two channel balances in total.

The length in inches is 21 inches.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

It looks like you have either our S351-21, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-21, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. Your stamp looks like it has 20 5 printed on the metal channel. If so, you'll need a 2050 spring strength option for your replacement balances. Thank you!
