Window Channel Balance Replacement

Question

Hello. I need to replace at at least one window channel balance of a pair, ideally both. The stamp on the side of one of the two units reads: 29 9 CX CMC 4. They measure 30" long and 1/4' wide. I've included 3 photos of each end of the units, including one that shows the problem on the one that either needs a new part or needs to be replaced: the main or central white plastic pulley has broken apart. Hey, thanks for posting. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385 balances.

Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.
