Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like you have either the Series 380 or Series 385 channel balance. The best match will depend on the bottom fitting as shown below. However, based on your 32 4 stamp the metal channel should measure 33" long, not 32". 

If it indeed measures 32", you will need to weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the proper strength option. There's a chart under the product description on the S380 and S385 store pages that will show you which option is best based on the weight of the window sash.
