Window Channel Balance assistance

Question

I'm trying to get channel balancers for my windows that are without after purchasing home.

The 4 windows are as follows;

approx. 5lb
Sash length - 20 inch on 2, and 21 inch on the other 2

I've attached a picture of balancer 2210A that works with the 21" sash, but don't see that model on the website?

For the other 2 windows, that 2210A doesn't work (need something a little smaller in length and not sure which model that is)

Thanks for your detailed information. Since the numbers stamped on your channel balances do not identify which balance you need, I am going to have you take a look at both our Series 351 and Series 390 channel balances. Depending on the measurements of your bottom, nylon balance shoe will determine which of these you will use as a replacement. If you should need any more help, please let us know.
