I'm not sure what series I need, but the hardware is stamped with 1420 BS. The metal hardware is 15inches long, not including plastic pieces. Please let me know what part I need and, if so separately, the plastic pieces.

Start by looking at our S380-15 balance, which comes with a 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom. As long as the dimensions for these fittings match yours then this will work well in your window.
