Window Channel Balancer

Hello,

Can you please help me find the correct window channel balancer to order.
The balancer I have is a non-tilt channel balancer, measures 33 inches (just the silver part) in length and 1/2 inch width.
There is a 32-4 stamped on the window balancer.

I have attached pictures and please let me know if there is any further information I need.

Hello there. I'm confident we can help, but I'd like to see a photo of the nylon fitting on the other end of the metal channel as well. That should help narrow down exactly what might work for you. Many thanks.

Thank you! Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-33 or S385-33, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

I think it is 1 3/32 but just wanted to confirm bases on my measurements in the attached picture.

I agree, that looks like 1-3/32" to me. It does look like it might be a little shy, but that's probably on account of wear. Constant friction from use very commonly wears the shoe depth down over the years. It happens all the time.
